Stories Of Our Power

Most of us yearn to help make the world a place of justice and compassion. When we try it we learn the this can’t be done alone–we need to connect to realize our collective power.

On the  continuum of activism, taking a first step today holds a story as important as organizing your 100th strike or march.

We need to create stories full of details of activist life–painting the delights, dilemmas, dramas, and dangers.  We need to show the complexities we face as we navigate the belly of the beast, and the growth of our power as we carve out spaces to experiment with creating the new world now.
